We tested the cooler on the golf course and all drinks were kept cold. Fit in golf bag perfectly.

All communication with the vendor was prompt and timely, and included all information I needed. There was real communication with the vendor, not just automated responses. The only complaint I had was that I wasn't informed that the item had been shipped out.  That would be the only improvement I would suggest. Otherwise, everything was great. Cant wait for Dad to open his golf gift on Christmas Day!!!
